Environmental problems know no borders, and our common challenges must be met with common solutions.
For this reason, youth environmental NGO Natur og Ungdom (NU) has cooperated with our two sister organizations in north west Russia for more than 15 years to address environmental problems in our region, and to build a stronger movement for a greener world. Youth must play a key role in defining the future. We believe our cooperation project is creating the leaders of tomorrow.
We invite you do join our discussion of common challenges and common possibilities on both sides of the border in the High North. Also, to address the global challenges we face, we will show the documentary “This Changes Everything” by Naomi Klein and Avi Lewis. This inspirational film draws the link between our carbon-driven economic system and climate change – and shows how we can use the crisis to make a better world.
